Please add a note in the message section of your order if you would like a longer chain. BRACELETS Our standard length bracelet chain is 21cm. If you prefer a longer length we also have 23cm. You may prefer a longer length bracelet than 23cm, this can be supplied at an additional cost. Please add a note in the message section of your order if you would like a longer length bracelet. RINGS On receipt of your order, we will send you instructions and a ring measurement tool to ensure the ring fits perfectly.

Our jewellery is completely watertight and therefore can be wet or immersed in water as you would with normal jewellery. You can clean your Keepsake with sterling silver cleaner and soft cloth.

On receipt of your order we will send you a prepaid courier pack, with instructions on how to return to us your keepsake. A bag and spatula is provided and courier collection details. It’s a really simple, free service. Any memorabilia that is not used will be returned to you with the Keepsake.

Once you have placed your order online, we send you a prepaid courier bag to collect your keepsake. If we have any questions or if you require a bespoke item we will phone you the next business day. Once we have your keepsake couriered back to us (see question 3) turnaround time is usually 7-10 days.
